How it all started...
June 2009 in the middle of a very successful Family Therapy/Consulting Practice I was hired as a consultant to help a large, west coast forestry company called Western Forest Products find the missing piece to their safety culture.
They had all the rules, regulations and certifications. What they were missing was the human factor piece to the puzzle. They knew they needed something to train their workers to be mentally tough in the heat of the moment.
They had just had a near fatal accident and needed answers to, WHY a good worker made critical errors in judgment when in the upset condition.
When they heard and saw my answer
it literally blew up the meeting.

But what happened next, completely changed my life’s direction.
The leaders at the meeting literally exploded out of their seats and started to shout, “Steven Falk just got inside our heads and explained WHY WE react the way I do.”
At the end of my presentation the director of Health and Safety pinned me against and spoke these words...

And so I did. In the first 4 years we worked with over 70 companies. And now these are a small sample of our clients.
